Rich, grassy flavour with notes of bittersweet umami.
Used the Patissier Uji Matcha Powder from Craft Tea Fox to bake Matcha Cookies and Matcha Tirasmisu. So good and smooth... great quality and taste... Loving it.
I was able to make Matcha lava cake thanks to the included recipe! But still room for improvement for sure.
I made matcha liquor and then dust my tiramisu with matcha powder. It is very good. Thank you.
I was so excited to get my patisserie matcha powder. Tried making everything - from cookies to muffins to lava cake. Everything was amazing!
The Patissier Uji Matcha Powder delivered safely and I am quite surprised of the quality, the aroma is original uji, good colour for my baking and good taste!
Decided to buy this to bake my first matcha cookies and I am absolutely amazed by the quality of taste of my cookies. You can certainly taste the great difference between good and average quality of matcha powder used. Do purchase this if you value the final taste of your bakes.
Nice packaging and delivery was rather fast
Love the Hojicha latte and matcha latte. However the patissier Uji Matcha does have strong matcha aroma when used for baking.
Not v strong
Hi Elizabeth, thank you for your review! To start, we'd be happy to try to help you get your desired flavour, and will send you a direct message shortly to see how we can improve your experience. Typically, we find that a lack of Matcha 'strength' often results from not using enough Matcha powder in a recipe (when compared to the amount of milk / water / flour used). However, we will follow up further to see how we can help. Take care!
